10 Ways On How To Get The Most From This Nike Academy | nike academy

The Nike Academy has been an England international youth football programme since 1998. The Nike Academy was actually an English international football academy run and funded by Nike, Inc. The academy mainly had a rotating squad of under-20 players, many of which were signed under the pretence of helping them get a professional contract.

The Nike academy was initially housed in St George's Park in London, which was the venue for the FA Youth Cup finals of 1998. The club's facilities were rudimentary, consisting mainly of a gym, an indoor swimming pool, and a soccer pitch. These facilities, though, were not enough to support the young players, many of whom had just arrived from their home countries. They were not paid well, received little professional guidance, and were given very little training from their coaches and often received little or no playing time.

In 1999, Nike bought the club, bringing in a number of talented footballers including Fabrice Muamba, Jason Roberts, and Cesc Fabregas. The team progressed to the semi finals of the FA Youth Cup, where they were beaten by eventual winners Chelsea. The Nike academy continued to progress, attracting players such as Ruud van Nistelrooy, Steven Gerrard, Joe Cole, and Joe Nash, to name a few.

At this stage, it is difficult to assess the performance of the Nike academy. Many of the young players that have joined the academy had never even seen a live game of football, so it is hard to be entirely objective when comparing the performance of the young players with that of a more experienced player.

This year, Nike hopes to have a more stable program and improved facilities for all the young players. However, there are still many problems with the academy. Firstly, the club does not seem to have a strong youth policy and this means that the players can easily leave to sign for other clubs without being properly monitored. Another problem is that the Nike academy have no set wage structure, which means that the young players are often signed for much less than they should be.

Also, the youth team is often coached by non-professional coaches, which mean that there is no control over the style or approach. by the players, meaning that the youngsters may not be properly prepared for a senior match. This is another cause of concern for some youngsters that are in the Nike academy.

Nike is clearly trying to improve their reputation in this country and so have recently started sponsoring youth football clubs across the country. They have signed the FA Youth Cup winners, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, but only Chelsea have a proven track record of success in the first team. It remains to be seen if these players will go on to make big names in England's game. This is an area of the game that is littered with youngsters who left the country early and never look back.

The biggest drawback with the Nike academy is that there seems to be very little consistency between the style of coaching employed and how the youth team is managed. It may be that they just don't have the expertise or desire to help their players become players of the calibre of Wayne Rooney or Joe Cole, for example.

One player who was part of the Nike academy at the start of his career has gone on to become a top player in England. This player is Gareth Barry, the Manchester United captain. He did well at the Nike academy but after joining a major top division club he seemed to struggle to get into the first team. It is difficult to say whether this was because of the style of training at the academy or whether he was simply not prepared to play in the first team at that level.

Overall, it is clear that Nike is looking at expanding their reach in this country. They have signed players such as Michael Owen, Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez but have had a very poor season so far this season. There is hope that the new manager, Fabio Capello, will improve things. and bring a more structured approach to the youth teams.

It is clear that Nike is a big company that wants to try and emulate the success of the Premier League. The Academy program is only the beginning of what is a long process to get the academy right, but it looks to have potential for a good future.
